Welcome to Evita - A New Name in Supported Housing

Dear friends, partners, and neighbours,

We’re proud to introduce ourselves as Evita Social Housing CIC, a brand-new community interest company based in the Midlands, providing safe, fully furnished supported accommodation for those most in need.

Founded in 2024, we are driven by one simple mission:

To offer homes we’d be happy to live in ourselves - clean, dignified, and supportive environments for individuals at risk.

🧱 Why We Started

The need for ethical, high-quality supported housing has never been greater. From rough sleeping to sofa surfing, too many people face housing instability and feel forgotten by the system.

Evita was born out of real-world experience and frustration with the status quo. We set out to do things differently to treat every resident like a human being, not a number on a spreadsheet.

We believe:

• Everyone deserves a safe place to call home
• Quality housing is a foundation for rebuilding lives
• Local partnerships are key to long-term success

We’re currently building a small but growing portfolio of homes across the Midlands. All properties are:

• Fully furnished, clean, and ready to live in
• Located in safe, accessible neighbourhoods
• Managed with regular inspections and fast response to issues
• Backed by ethical and transparent management

We work closely with local authorities, referral partners, and community services to ensure each resident receives the support they need.
